Peoples Telephone Cooperative Annual Meeting

You are hereby notified, the 53rd Annual Meeting of the Members of Peoples Telephone Cooperative, Inc. will be held on 11/18/2008 beginning at 2:00pm at the Caroll Green Civic Center in Quitman, Tx.

The Board will select a nominating committee at it next regular meeting which in turn will nominate 2 individuals for the board of directors. The directors whose terms expire this year are:

Mark Johnson - District #3
Doug Cameron - District #8

The bylaws also permit filing a candidate for director by petition of no less than 15 names to the Cooperative no later than 20 days before the Annual Meeting. Nominations may be made from the floor.

Door prizes and gifts will be given to those attending the meeting. Refreshments will be served. Please make plans to attend your annual meeting and help us celebrate 53 years of excellent service.
